Basic Functions: • Analyze user specifications and requirements. • Encode, test, debug, and document computer programs. • Convert data from project specifications and statements of problems and procedures to create or modify computer programs. • Prepare detailed workflow charts to illustrate the sequence of steps that program must follow and to describe input, output, and logical operations involved. • Prepare detail technical documentations, User Manuals as per standards. • May train workers to use program.
