Main Function:

Assist Section Head to execute Pay Scale Benefits and its Administration in an effective way and maintain effective documentation for the activities within Pay Grade Revision.

Duties and Responsibilities
 Maintain the documentation Support for the changes on Pay Scale in terms of Grade wise Salary Revision, Benefits Revision to ensure the availability of updated Pay Scale for Audit Review.

 Prepare the Employee Salary Revision Proposal for approved promotion request complying with UCS Pay Scale Policy and document the proposal in an effective method.

 Prepare the suitable Position Package for approved position request complying with UCS Pay Scale Policy to provide Package information for Recruitment Section.

 Prepares and submits Monthly wise HR information reports for the Board of Directors' meeting to Finance & Accounts Department within the agreed timeline.

 Prepares and submits Staff accommodation status report to Finance Department within the agreed timeline in coordination with Payroll & Compensation Section and Staff Accommodation Unit.

 Assists Section Head to conduct HR Audits to ensure the efficiency of policy and procedure implementation in terms of employee benefits.

 Provide User Support for Time & Attendance Application Users to ensure effective implementation of Procedure within the area of Attendance.

 Provide Administrative Level Support for Time & Attendance Application to ensure effective Implementation of TAS Application.

 Prepares internal and External Memos in both Arabic and English to ensure effective communication with Management.

 Consolidate the Leave Transactions to identify Attendance related Score information and to identify Final Performance Appraisal Score information in coordination with Training & Development Section.

 Prepare the draft of Entitled Bonus Payment according to agreed Guideline as per direction from Section Head to Submit to Management for needful reviews.
