Department: Head Office
Reports to: General manager.
Supervises: The Human resources and development operation in H.O and overseas.
Working Relationships:
With General Manager and all other managers including supervisors
Decision Making Authority:
All matters related to his position function on human resources matters.
Position Summary:
Act as a strategic business partner with Corporate & regional management by developing the company philosophy and strategy and translating it into actionable programs. Lead the Human resource function of the organization addressing the following core responsibilities.
Position Function:
• Staffing :Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development related to Recruitment & Retention including staffing plan, recruitment and selection policy/practices, Bench Planning,
• People Development :Adapt building people capabilities with a high impact coaching skills that maintain a consistent standard level of competencies, Assess & Analyze training needs, design and facilitate creative training and development programs, Conduct a wide range of Training & development programs•
Performance Management :Manage and oversee the performance management process including goal setting, deployment of dashboards, performance appraisals, Structure & set up key performance indicators (KPI) and Balance Score Card report & system that based on the organization's short - long terms plans
• Business Development: Budget & execute the HR & Training annual business plan, and assess in formulating & achieving overall organization's business plan, Conducts SWOT analysis, Develop and execute Operational / Customer Service Excellence Programs to all Functional & Departmental managers / Employees
• Compensation & Benefits :Conduct analyses of jobs, salaries and incentives; make recommendations and review salary increases for compliance with company policy and budget, and Assess in developing appropriate compensation and reward strategies
• Culture & Employee Relations :Create a positive and healthy work environment that support running Great Business Units by driving and guarding a culture of the Best Employer, attracting and retaining talented Staff /Managers, executing Reward, Recognitions & incentive Programs, HR initiatives / Activities, conduct Employees Feedback surveys, 360 Degrees
• Plan, develop and deliver HR & Training and Development Strategy: Annual Training Plans Manage the HR & Training function of the Branded Restaurants division of the Company and supporting the overall strategic direction of this growing business within the Company's portfolio, strategy & objectives. - Implement people development program effectively. - Enhance Rewards & Recognition culture-Communicate and update on new training material
