Logistics Admin Manager - Ice Cream Business Unit - Nestlé NEAR Jan 14th 2013, 06:06 • Ensure monthly/ weekly follow up on logistics activities. • Monitor logistics' KPIs and any development needed. • Weekly reporting to FDC/VDC/OPFE with full analysis and action required, together with DF on time and budget. • Complete full cost analysis per truck/box for VD. • Highlight opportunities for cost savings in VDC/FDC/OPFE with action plan and follow up excision. • Complete CAPEX process within planned time (P2P - GR - Asset Capitalization). • To be part of the self-assessment audit committee per site. • Complete full review for all audit points for main DCs.
