Market Activation & Merchandising Manager Jan 21st 2013, 12:25 Manages the Distribution Audit agency to ensure clear & objective measurement & reporting of the availability of Mezzan products across the Retail trade, market by market to senior management teams Manages initiatives to drive massive Distribution increases across Mezzan defined Key Selling Products Responsible for managing a step change in the Brand Image/visibility of Mezzan key brands across core retail channels. Defines Merchandising Guidelines & Shelf Layouts to ensure high shelf impact and space allocation for all Mezzan products and ensures site teams are fully briefed. Brand blocking with high impact POS is vital. Develops effective Point of Sale & Promotion Materials (working in alliance with the Brand Managers) to improve brand stand out on shelf for the Shopper & provides Brand POS guidelines to the site teams Provides branded Sales Support Materials & participates in providing Merchandising Training to help site sales teams to build relationships in store - to secure more space & better, high impact shelf position Defines Best Practice aproach for major new product launches into store and develops an 'early warning report' to evaluate the performance of the launch (are we getting sufficient distribution levels, shelf space, shelf position, etc) Works with the Brand Managers to manage the translation of the Brand Drive Plan communication objectives into appropriate in store media activity (eg, branded floor displays to support a Brand Drive initiative) Ensures the agreed Promotional Strategy (defined by Group Marketing) is executed in store across our brands to drive Trial & Repeat Purchase - identifying & reporting on areas where sites are operating outside of agreed strategy Develops key relationships across the Mezzan businesses so as to be seen as a trusted merchandising advisor at site level - to ensure that the above goals are delivered Job Details Date Posted: 2013-01-21 Job Location: Kuwait Job Role: Management Company Industry: FMCG Preferred Candidate Career Level: Management Apply Now - Jobs in Kuwait - Search All Jobs
