We are an International Contracting company, having presence in more than 30 countries globally. Having one of our overseas office in Dubai (UAE) we are seeking candidates for the position of SENIOR ESTIMATOR for Building projects, as follows:
• Advice and support the Estimation & Tendering functions on pricing, costing and contractual arrangements for pre-tender activities and new business development.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities, Take-off Quantities and Estimation data.
• Provide regular evaluation and commentary of progress to the Tendering Team as per the Client's specification.
• Put sub-contractor packages out to tender and float enquiries for supplier items.
• Prepare cost estimates for all costs.
• Prepare joinery breakdown for materials and labor.
• Provide quantity calculations as required.
• Minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
• Prepare Preliminary pricing sheet and get it approved form the Management before submission to the Client.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the direct Manager which include but not limited to the above mentioned duties.
