Non Technical Trainer Automotive - Manpower Middle East Jan 16th 2013, 12:15 Our client, a multinational automotive organization is currently seeking a Non Technical Trainer Automotive Task • Deliver Non Technical Training to dealer staff based on a defined Non Technical Training Schedule. The training includes retail job specific knowledge and skill sets. • Obtain a good understanding of the market situation and demonstrate it on training course delivery to the dealer staff • Adapt training contents from the company to the needs of the local market where applicable. • Design training courses in line with factory recommended material and qualification for the given job position and in line with market needs. • Deliver Training courses to dealer staff in a manner where the staff are able to demonstrate good understanding of the training material on follow on projects or tests. • Attend TtT (Train the Trainer) courses as required • Ensure dealer staff satisfaction with the training material, delivery and added value. • Reflect the values of the brands at all times.
