Objectives:
To work closely and assist the MANAGING DIRECTOR and to provide secretarial and administrative support. To coordinate administrative support activities in the office making sure an office is running smoothly.
Accountability:
•Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
•Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post;
•Organizing meetings
•Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
•Arranging travel and accommodation requirements;
•Handling business trip & expatriation related expenses
•Participating in providing alternatives/information with office matters
•Filing and maintaining office records
•Assisting in HR Management of the staff (attendance, files, medical insurance, paperwork, letters)
•Assisting in Office matters (rental, fitting, maintenance)
