The Administrative Assistant provides full administrative support to hisher reporting DirectorManager. I. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Coordinates schedules, appointments, reservations and travel arrangements. 2. Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follows through on issues in a timely manner. 3. Answers phones and screens and directs incoming calls promptly and efficiently. 4. Develops and maintains well organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information. 5. Provides accurate word-processing support by composing andor editing a variety of documents. This includes many highly confidential correspondence, memoranda, contracts and proposals. 6. Prepares agendas and makes arrangements for meetings. 7. Compiles, transcribes, and distributes minutes of meetings. 8. Attends meetings in order to record minutes. 9. Greets clients and visitors. 10. Plans, organizes and co-ordinates functions and special events for the guests. 11. Prepares andor edits internal and external letters, faxes, memos and emails. 12. Performs other related duties as required by related DirectorManager.
