Business Development Manager
Sovereign are looking for new business development managers to join their team in Dubai.

Our core business is the formation and management of onshore and offshore companies, trusts funds, pensions and other structures to meet the specific personal or business objectives of our clients.
The Group also offers tax and succession planning, legal, and insurance, accounting, aviation and yacht registration services.
The first Sovereign office opened in Gibraltar in 1987 but we now have offices or agents in all the major global offshore & onshore jurisdictions.
Our global reach enables clients to access the whole spectrum of international structures from a local point of delivery. It also means that, wherever possible, business can be conducted in the client's first language and time zone.
The Role:
Present Sovereign to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls. You will be expected to spend 80% of your time out of the office in meetings.
As a representative of Sovereign Group at industry events and tradeshows, your professional manner and polished appearance will aid your intention of gaining new business leads and contacts
You will be expected to develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for Sovereign to an agreed annual target, to increase year on year.
You will be expected to generate your own leads and arrange your own meetings.
Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
Overseeing the development of marketing literature/writing reports/providing management with feedback
Support is available by the managing and sales directors for complex large pitches and strategies.
Managing and maintaining a pipeline and ensuring all sales administration is current using Viewpoint software
Create and be accountable for all client proposals and any further documentation, following Sovereign Group procedures
The company provides the following:
• Monthly salary 15,000 AED
• 20% monthly bonus on relevant income generated over your salary & expenses which must be covered first.
• Private medical insurance after probation period
• Annual plane ticket to home country after probation period of 15 months
• 30 days annual holiday
• We can provide usage of the company apartment for your first month if not occupied or help you to look for accommodation.
• Please note we do not offer relocation packages.
