JOB PURPOSE
Plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customer. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Carries out internal and external trainings for sales team, merchandizers, outlets, etc...
2. Benchmarks between the company's and the competitors' brands models, new releases, prices, etc..
3. Follows up on prospecting new dealers, sell-out data, analyzes the same and proposes a plan.
4. Follows up on customers' daily needs and requirements.
5. Follows up on customers' targets.
6. Visits customers, gets their feedback and suggestions
7. Coordinates with the retail marketing department for marketing activities and plans execution (media plans, road shows, etc..)
8. Coordinates with the retail marketing department on BTL, merchandizing, displays, etc..
9. Follows up on salesmen needs and requirements
10. Assists BUM on all departmental requirements.
11. Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned by the direct manager.
