1. In Charge of tenancy contracts for all units under ADNP management by receiving, processing and following up all tenants (Individual and Corporate) requests through (Mail, E-mail, Fax, and Phone calls) on daily basis, then update them with ADNP decision.
2. Liaise with leasing department to get recommendation on rent reduction/reversal request from tenants.
3. Dealing with tenancy contract transfer requests by making sure ADNP procedures are applied and followed and advice tenants of requested documents to process such requests.
4. Preparing and updating spread sheet of expected unit to be handed over to ADNP and reasons for handing over, then forward it to leasing department and other related departments.
5. Liaise with branches regarding tenancy register / L.L. approvals (especially for Villas requests) to make sure it won't affect the L.L. loan instalments.
6. Liaise with VIP department to update L.L. about their units' tenancy contracts renewal status through replying to L.L calls, email and sending latest tenancy reports.
7. Contact and Liaise between land lords/ their offices / representatives and tenants with regard to rental disputes at lease renewal time.
8. Liaise with legal team in regards to commercial units lease renewal.
9. Provide general admin support to the Operation Manager.
