1. Provide high level of service to Tenants with regards to Lease renewals, receiving payments, handling over units and receiving units.

2. Ensure that all renewed leases and related payment vouchers are filed correctly and in proper shape.

3. Coordinates with Maintenance Department at the hand-over stage or receiving stage that maintenance work is completed and maintenance damages claim has been charge to tenants.

4. Coordinates with other sections to ensure smooth and high quality service to Tenants in terms of any letters required from the Administration Section in regards to payments and cheques deposit to accounts section.

5. Prepare and update weekly vacancy register and issue to all.

6. Responsible for issuing out memos to the branches to advise them when and post dated cheques should be collected from tenants.

7. Liaising with the accounts department to produce financial documentation on the current status of the owners building including rental income vacancies.
