About the Job:

REPORTS TO           :   Regional Sales Manager

JOB PURPOSE   (Overall Objective)

To contribute to the overall growth of revenue of the business ensuring the Al Futtaim's customer centric approach is upheld.  The engagements within the team & with channel partners need to be of utmost high standards.

JOB PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES and JOB CONTENT
* Relationship building with dealers/traders & wholesalers  in UAE Market
* Researching the market and related products in IT Hardware industry
* Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way face to face
* Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
* maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails
* Arranging meetings with potential customers to develop business
* Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential customers
* Negotiating the terms of business agreement
* Gathering market and customer information - MIS fathering
* Negotiating on price and costs & closing transactions
* Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to stock & sell
* Stock reporting & monitoring the sell through
* Recording sales and order information
* Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
* Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
* Making accurate & providing customers with product offerings
* Feeding future buying trends back to management - MIS feedback
* Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
* Assisting in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by the Sales manager.
