Sales Executive - Manpower Middle East Jan 31st 2013, 11:16 A leading confectionary trading organisation is seeking a Sales Executive (2 Nos.) - FMCG to be based in Jeddah and Kuwait. You will be reporting directly to the MIS Manager PURPOSE To manage the sales, delivery and merchandising activities of Ferrero products in a pool of retail outlets (license for trucks is required)To conduct audit in these outlets to measure their sales performance and collect marketing information (the person should visit more than 20 stores per day)Work is 100% in the field, Panelists report directly to MIS Department (Luxembourg).AREAS of RESPONSIBILITIESPOINT OF SALES MANAGEMENT Manage all sales, delivery and merchandising activities of Ferrero products in a pool of panel outlets (~50)To ensure proper product listings, in-store displays and selling price of Ferrero products in panel outletsTo ensure timely and proper product replenishment to panel outlets (no out-of-stock, no over-stock)To ensure Ferrero products in panel outlets are always available and in optimal conditionsTo secure on-going cooperation from the panel outlets by maintaining good working relationships with all panel outletsPOINT OF SALES VISITS Visit All panel outlets on weekly basis according to fixed daily schedule (10 stores per day)To conduct stocks-taking of Ferrero productsTo collect pricing, promotion and other marketing information of Ferrero and competitors' productsTo enter all data in a PDA and transmit the information to Luxembourg office on daily basisDriving a refrigerated delivery van to deliver products to respective panel storesCOMMUNICATION Maintain good communications with Luxembourg officeProactively communicate market news and work-related issues with Luxembourg officeCollect market and store information to explain the ups and downs of Ferrero products in panel outletsOTHER Help to conduct ad hoc research projects when needs arise Job Details Date Posted: 2013-01-31 Job Location: Kuwait Job Role: Sales Company Industry: FMCG; Sales Preferred Candidate Career Level: Mid Career Apply Now - Jobs in Kuwait - Search All Jobs
