To apply for the Store Manager position, you must be able to perform in the following areas:
* To achieve annual sales budget by ensuring the highest levels of customer service and store standards (housekeeping and replenishment are maintained at all times in both stores.
* To achieve annual profit budgets by effective expense control and by having various controls and process in place to ensure that stock losses are maintained below budget.
