This role exists to:
-Attract and win new clients to the DMCC family, hence generate income for the new DMCC brokerage.
-Manage property deals while working with Landlord and clients.
-Support business development and licensing team to convert their leads to sales within the JLT community.
-Actively and energetically support the JLT Senior Customer Services Manager (SCSM).
Key Areas of Responsibility
Sales and Leasing of Commercial Stock (JLT Properties - Freehold)
-Meeting prospective clients, identifying their needs, matching it with the appropriate property (office/retail)
-Negotiate sale and leasing transaction between the landlord and the tenant
-Preparation of the sales/lease offer after viewing of the unit and upon confirmation, prepare contract.
- Should be able to prioritize and match client requirements
- Should think down the line in terms of sales and seeing that all processes work effectively.
-Actively source commercial stock - arrange vendor to sign terms of business
-Conducting a thorough due diligence on vendor assets before listing
-Entering all property data onto the database and managing stock
-Visit community assets and gain a strong knowledge on the various commercial buildings available for sale or lease
- Work alongside the owners, sub developers, owners associations and Strata Management companies
DMCC (Member - Client) Sub-Lease
- Assist DMCC members and 3rd party landlords to lease their commercial space(s).
-Ensure that all documentation is in compliance with the internal and external legal requirements involved.
Oqood Administration
-Handling Dubai Land Department pre-registration requirements for all DMCC members.
-Maintenance of 'oqood' contracts.
- Issuance of 'Title Deed'.
