Deputy Managing Director - YALJ Group Feb 20th 2013, 07:28 The Deputy Managing Director assists the Managing Director in: Overseeing management of all Farms, Factory & Other supporting functions to produce products in the most cost effective manner within quality standards. Responsibility for achieving optimum labor and least amount of overhead and raw material costs. Overseeing preparation and production phases to attain maximum efficiency in the design and production of products. Ensures inventory and shipping/receiving functions at farms to the factory and from the factory to the wholesale or retail shops are operating at levels which meet customers' needs and established financial benchmarks. Formulating and recommending planting and manufacturing policies and programs which guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and the profitability of the operation. Directs activities so that approved products are produced and manufactured on scheduled and within quality standards and cost objectives.
