Key Accountabilities:
Co-ordinate diaries
Maintain confidential files
Coordinate with HR and external agencies with regards to passport, residence, and travel visa's for department staff.
Deal with telephone calls, queries and scheduling appointments
Handle all office correspondence and memos in both English and Arabic
Prepare travel plans, arrange accomodation and support services.
Provide front-line support to confidential projects
