JOB STATUS

It is great opportunity for career development to Omani frac experienced hands as they are going to join a special program for training within Baker Hughes in which they are going to be trained and work in USA, then work in Saudi Arabia and then to work in Oman

It is staff and equal rotation job



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

· In charge of a large crew of Equipment Operators and helpers on a job
· Ability to understand job procedure and do basic calculations for tubing, Nitrogen, chemical concentrations etc
· Must have the ability to train local personnel on equipment, job procedures and safety regulations.
· Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers with respect to operational limitations, and recommendations.
· Ensure routine maintenance on all equipment is done according the company standards.
· Prepare all required Paperwork, including load sheets, status reports, job tickets, job reports, etc.
· Monitor instrumentation to assure proper flows of fluids, chemicals, and be able to trouble shoot problems if required.
· Provide all required paperwork for completion of Post Job Reports for the client.
· Ensure any equipment problems are reported and repairs made. Close contact with the Maintenance Department is required.


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

· Technical diploma or equivalent
· Significant experience in frac operation in Supervisory level.
· Good command of English, computer literate


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS


· Familiar with both technical and operational aspects of process fracturing services.
· 10 years oilfield experience out of which Min 5 years’ experience operating fracturing equipment frac pumps and blender and hydration unit.
· Knowledge of the company's other process services such as sand control, cementing, coiled tubing and so forth would be a benefit.
· Good knowledge of the operation and maintenance of fracturing equipment is essential.
· Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision in remote locations
· Strong in equipment operation, maintenance and appearance, fracturing equipment in particular
· Good communication skills
· Knowledge of company HSE and Quality standards and implementation
· Well organized, a good communicator, both oral and written, and possess computer skills.
· Knowledge of data acquisition system
