Summary:
The job manages two teams of service desk and desk side support. The objective of the job is to create a superior technology experience for the general users. This is managed through two channels of delivering superior resolution of service calls, planning and implementing new and remedial personal computing technologies as well as representing IT services to general users on daily basis. Key criteria of success are continuous improvement mentality, structured skills in quality improvements, passion for service excellence, analytical approach to functionality and service planning and an aptitude for building effective business relationships with the management team of the company.
