Will report to the commercial head. 12-17 Years experience. Requirements: 12-17 years post graduate experience Experience with a renowned contracting firm Previous experience in a property developer / consultancy is an added advantage Previous Middle East experience is essential Degree in construction management/ civil engineering Handled multiple projects simultaneously, of large scale magnitude, from concept planning to close -out A comprehensive knowledge of applicable Forms of Contract, their application and administration An astute commercial awareness and knowledge of controlling substantial Main Contractors and Consultant organisations People with High rise exp is most preferred.
