• The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for the design, delivery, execution and assessment of talent acquisition initiatives.
• Lead and manage the annual manpower budgeting process ensuring timely collection, processing and presentation of information in accordance with the agreed HR and Finance strategy.
• Manage the firm's talent management process from recruitment to the assignment of current consultants.
• Form and maintain relationships with business heads and Area / Operation Managers.
• Manage / update vacancy report.
• Source candidates for roles directly via job boards, CV databases, referrals / word of mouth / networking.
• Advertise vacancies on various professional websites.
• Run advertising campaigns as and when required in a cost effective manner.
• Form and manage relationships with recruitment agencies including negotiating preferential rates.
• Implement and / or run employee referral scheme.
• Screen all CVs received, shortlist, circulate and follow up with relevant managers.
• Conduct initial interviews with perspective candidates.
• Provide short list to business heads / recruiting managers and arrange interviews.
• Acquire feedback from business / recruiting managers in order to progress to next interview stage, offer or reject applicant.
• Keep records related to all recruitment activities.
• Guide & support HRBP and line management to ensure that all manpower requests are actioned in accordance with manpower policy, procedures and processes.
• All other tasks that may be reasonably requested by your management team.
