DESCRIPTION:
Operation:
Monitor, troubleshoot and recommend Network, Communication Lines, Data Center and IT peripherals' updates to ensure efficiency and security.
Technician:
Install, configure, update, upgrade, connect and repair IT peripherals to make adequate IT resources available to enable users to perform their activities efficiently.
Support:
Provide the required support and assistance to the users to perform their assignments efficiently.
Security:
Monitor and control IT peripherals and Data Center security to ensure the IT security is applied.
Performance:
Monitor and control IT peripherals utilizations, capabilities and response to maintain high performance.
Feasibility Study:
Participate in conducting IT feasibility studies to evaluate acquiring of new solutions and enhancements as per business requirements.
Policy, Procedure & Quality:
Comply with the IT policy, procedure and quality requirements to carry out the work in control and consistent manner.
Documentation:
Prepare the required User guidelines and inventory to make available adequate documentation for using IT peripherals effectively; and for inventory report.
Reporting:
Prepare required reports including work related achievements, progress and other related issues to monitor assigned activities.
