• Provide support to assure the all routes daily, running emergency routes when necessary.
• Coordinate vacation, sick days and overtime for all customers representatives within the territory.
• Provide routing and file maintenance support.
• Ensure selling tools and point of purchase material are available with all CRs.
• Execute action plan as directed by TDS in problem solving.
• Assure updated Scorecard posted in the area board
• Assure the marketing material availability
• Assure uniforms availability
• Cooler Request and installation follow up
• Maintain all business files well organized
• Consolidate and provide the profile information to be updated in the system to the Business Report & Management department (CMF, CDAs)
• Control and manage all the reports received from BRM department
