Presales Manager, Industries - SAP Feb 18th 2013, 10:01 PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES The Presales Manager directly supports MENA's local sales organizations while providing oversight to presales management and best practices in the entire MENA region to maximize revenue opportunities and providing excellent solution support as well as setting up and running programs. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Manage daily presales operations for MENA * Partner with the sales organization to provide best-in-class presales support * Manage and motivate team of highly qualified presales experts and specialists * Coach presales experts and specialists supporting engagements and coordinating presales activities * Oversee and manage a consistent demo process focused on flawless execution for every demo event Support deal strategy and qualification * Act as a trusted advisor to sales and sales management providing input into deal strategy * Monitor progress of strategic opportunities and accounts * Proactively participate in deal qualification and pipeline validation Presales Enablement and Continuous Improvement * Drive the strategy and coordinate all presales enablement (industry, product, soft-skills) enablement activities for the presales team - where possible across SEME in collaboration with presales managers of other SEME countries * Set expectations for standards, best practices and processes * Set individual performance plans that are tailored and aligned with the company's/region's objectives WORK EXPERIENCE * Minimum 3 to 5 years operational and / or management experience in Sales or Presales (or Consulting or Business Development) * Excellent ERP know-how combined with a strong SAP network as well as program management skills * Excellent understanding of the specific business challenges and market drivers of specific solutions * Ability to build c-level client relationships Job Details Date Posted: 2013-02-18 Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Role: Other Company Industry: Sales Preferred Candidate Career Level: Mid Career Apply Now - Jobs in Saudi Arabia - Search All Jobs
