Our Client, a large diversified group of companies is currently seeking to recruit a Sales Account Manager . You will be directly reporting to Head of Sales Primary responsibilities include achieving and exceeding the territory sales quota through proactive business development and sales activities to drive sales within existing customer accounts and develop qualified new business leads and closure through aggressive sales activities. Principal AccountabilitiesKey Results Area AchieveExceed the annual sales quota for the assigned territory and existing accounts through a good mix of up-selling and new customer addition. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, through identifying new leads through targeted outbound calling. Work closely with Solutions Engineers to perform presales feasibility assessments and ensure the company's solutions meets the customer technical and commercial requirements. Nurture business suspects prospects and negotiateexecute Sales deals and contribute to the success of the territory by focusing on new customer additions win new customers through increased penetration in the SMB segment in order to achieve sales targets in line with business objectives Manage and execute all sales promotional campaigns and represent the organization at trade exhibitions, company and hostingmanaged services industry value proposition in competitive engagements, events and demonstrations as per the sales plan and strategy and ensure that they fall within the approved budgets to enhance sales in the region. Ensure consistency of sales processes, practices and procedures to deliver standardized customer experience and to allow smooth sales operations. Strong hunting skills are a must - specifically, cold calling and prospecting to build and maintain a high quality and sustainable pipeline. Ability to accurately forecast, and successfully close is also a key responsibility area. Work closely with existing customers to drive additional business and timely renewal of existing annuity contracts. Work closely with other Service Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and uncover new opportunities in existing accounts and ensure up-selling and renewal of existing contracts. Driving the sales plan for the territory and account plans for existing key accounts. Prepare and release relevant reports to provide Management with timely information to monitor the progress of sales against targets, for effective decision making and business growth.
