Role
Manage overall performance of AMLAK's portfolio of assets and oversee strategic planning to support AMLAK's and its subsidiary's business needs.
Tasks / Responsibilities
The Specialist of Strategic Planning and Portfolio Management (Venue Management) will be directly responsible for managing all day-to-day tasks in an end-to-end process starting from implementing & developing strategy at Holding level and providing strategic support across AMLAK subsidiaries.
• Execute the process for setting strategy and operational performance reporting to CSO and Holding including reporting frequency and format.
• Implement & develop new initiatives, plans and programs to ensure implementation of strategy and improve effectiveness of strategy function and support to other areas of AMLAK.
• Support Subsidiaries on strategic planning as needed and ensure alignment with Holding strategy.
• Perform strategic and operational analysis of AMLAK subsidiary strategies and operations to be presented to CEO with highlighted gaps and areas of concern.
• Analyze and setting targets for subsidiaries/assets within portfolio, in line with high-level targets and communicate targets to subsidiary management.
• Monitor portfolio performance (e.g., returns, volatility, identification of possible divestments, etc.) regularly and compile portfolio performance reports to the Management.
• Identify new business relationships and development opportunities, including M&A opportunities, that are in line with Holding strategy and perform feasibility studies to determine size of opportunity.
