KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Participate and update training policy, ensure adherence and integrate it with other operational requirements.
Conduct TNA and identify training needs as per requirements in coordination with departments.
Prepare, control and utilize the training budget, in cost-effective way.
Prepare organization training plan and calendar
Evaluate training proposals and analyse course contents & trainer CVs to ensure that they are meeting our requirements.
Conduct evaluation of training courses, learning effectiveness and training providers/vendors to ensure the quality of the services provided and produce necessary reports for management.
Control and monitor the training database evaluate and scrutinize the statistical reports produced periodically.
Implement and update training policy, ensure adherence and integrate it with other operational requirements.
