The Commercial Sales & Leasing Consultant would have to be able:
.• To liaise with the clients in order to accommodate their purchase and rental requirements for commercial properties (offices, retail etc.)
• To procure properties from sellers and landlords to advertise them and generate leads.
• To negotiate and conclude sales, purchases and commercial leasing contracts
• To prepare Sales and Purchase Agreements and Contracts and establish positive buyer/seller and landlord/tenant relationships.
• To respect and follow local laws, RERA, Ejari and Land Department rules and regulations.
• To conduct communication with sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants and SPF colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
• To ensure effective working relationships are established with buyers and sellers and
• To maintain accurate records on properties buyers and sellers and update them on a regular basis according to company policies and procedures.
