Regional Recruitment & Training Supervisor MENA - Del Monte

Recruitment Function:
Supervise local HR Managers and Recruitment teams for all Supervisory and Management level positions across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Jeddah, Riyadh, Jordan and recently Iraq.
Manage the full in-house recruitment process for UAE from A-Z.
Update and Manage the MENA recruitment portal for the Global Del Monte website, & monitoring all local HR Managers to utilize this resource efficiently.
Manage all interactions and PSL for Agency and other recruitment portals & tools.
Review, approve & negotiate TOB's for newly requested recruitment suppliers across MENA.
Liaise with all Line Managers, General Managers & Vice Presidents directly, having very close contact & acting as a Service Provider and Consultant not only as part of the HR function.
Close coordination with Del Monte PRO in each location for regular updates on visa and other recruitment related information, as well as to initiate all visa requirements/medical etc for new employees.
Negotiate with candidates for benefits & compensation packages as well as relocation allowances where appropriate.
Produce all offers and contracts on behalf of Fresh Del Monte.

On-Boarding & Orientation:
Liaise with Del Monte Regional HR Comp & Bens Supervisor in line with our Policies & Procedures for all new employees, to get salary approval, and advise if it is a budgeted or non-budgeted position or a replacement.
Inform line Managers, administration, finance and IT for all and any requirements for the new employee ready for joining.
Initiate the Orientation Training program, informing each Manager of their training duties and confirming their availability.
Meet & greet all UAE employees on 1st day to go over all policies & procedures as well as give a short HR presentation of useful information, introduction to staff and colleagues, tour of the facility and proceed with their Orientation training schedule.
Meet with all Supervisors /Managers locally in UAE for exit interviews, and monitor all HR Managers Exit Interview results from other Del Monte MENA Units.

Training & Development:
Meeting with Training Providers and discussing the needs of the Company as well as outline the training requirements for departments and individuals.
Create and present power point presentations to Managers and Supervisors, Internal Training presentations on basic soft skills such as Leadership & Management, Interview Techniques, Succession Planning, HR Policies & Procedures, and Communication Skills. Etc
Source specialist Training Courses locally & abroad as required
Maintain all training administration through SAP IT system.
Keep track of Training qualifications that have expiry date such as Food Hygiene, HSE, Fire Safety etc.
