• Plan and implement the annual HR & admin plan & budget to support the overall strategic aims and objective of company.
• Devise HR & admin policies and procedures to ensure effective, fair and consistent management of staff.
• Develop company strategic training and organizational development plan to meet personal, professional, and organizational needs.
• Plan current and future manpower needs of the company.
• Ensure that proper Human Resources Information System is in placed to provide accurate and required information as & when required.
• Develop recruitment & selection strategies in line with business objectives to recruit competitive workforce for the success and growth of the business.
• Prepare plans to recruit and retain local talents and maintain saudization rate as per the required percentage.
• Ensure that 80% of Saudi recruitment is through HRDF.
• Ensure Job Descriptions are prepared for all positions.
• Ensure that appropriate performance management system is in placed to monitor the actual performance and it's comparison with the expected performance.
• Give direction to staff on accurate and on time supply of payroll and ensure equity in the compensation & benefits activities.
• Devise medical insurance policy and initiate contract with best possible insurance company to ensure medical facility for all staff as per their positions and within set budget.
• Monitor the administration activities and ensure that canteen, accommodation and other related facilities are working effectively and as per the desire objectives.
• Implement the optimization plans in admin area to reduce the cost without affecting the quality.
• Identify legal requirements and government regulations (GOSI, labour office, embassy requirements etc) affecting HR & admin function and ensure that company is fulfilling the entire requirements.
• Prepare the departmental objectives and set accountabilities to ensure performance driven work environment.
• Monitor measure and report to management on HR & admin issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales.
• Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development and administration methods and provide suitable interpretation to management and staff within the organization
• Provide appropriate coaching, mentoring and training's to departmental staff to increase their skill set.
