Main Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the respective party
• Undertaking costs analysis of project work
• Preparing an effective work breakdown structure on required resources, time and cost of project activities
• Performing risk, value and cost management report
• Advising on procurement strategy
• Preparing the list of material to be ordered
• Conducting a detailed study of material status
• Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders
• Allocating work to subcontractors
• Providing advice on contractual claims
• Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports
• Valuing completed work and arranging payments
• Preparing the breakdown of lump sum BOQ items
• Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations
