A leading and innovative medical center chain providing a wide range of outpatient medical services looks for an Operations Manager for its medical center in Riyadh.
Reporting to the CEO, the operations manager will assume the following responsibilities:
• To run the day-to-day operations of the medical center
• To be on the front line with customers and suppliers
• To manage and plan the logistics of the projects that the company undertakes, providing logistical support from an operational, financial and resource standpoint
• To facilitate several programs in the center: to prepare the required budgets, to control the inventory and to handle the logistics
• To implement policies, procedures, and the organizational structure for all assigned operating units within the framework of corporate policy
• To monitor the availability and flow of personnel as well as to assist in hiring, leading and assigning the projects and responsibilities to the most suitable team members according to their skills
• To monitor the team's productivity and the quality and efficiency of their work, to find ways to optimize the outcome
• To set up the software acquired by the company and ensure it's properly implemented, and that all relevant members in the organization can access and receive the necessary training
• To ensure good working relationships within the company and to promote good public relations
