This represents a key role in helping control occupational risk in partnership with the factory employees Key Accountabilities 1. Work Practices Making changes to work practices with partnership of factory employees, in order to have practices that are safe and comply with legislation 2. Health & Safety Strategy Ensure a clean and safe work area and potential risks are communicated for corrective action in order to follow the company's health & safety policy and work to improve it. 3. Risk Assessment Carrying out risk assessments, to be able to consider how risks could be reduced and have a safer working place 4. Health & Safety Implementation Carrying out regular factory and site inspections, in order to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented 5.
