Drivers Training and Qualification Specialist-Bilingual - Roads and Transport Authority Apr 18th 2013, 05:05 •Develop and review all policies and legislation related to Drivers training and qualification. •Prepare all technical standards, methodologies and mechanisms to be met by the section. •Prepare and update manuals, specifications, procedures and criteria for institutes and prepare recommendations for the development of and upgrading the performance of the Drivers trainings. •Identify and study all training materials used in the institute, in accordance with the standards and requirements and benchmark them with global practice and traffic safety requirements. •Prepare and follow up the implementation of a uniform methodology for training in all institutes of the Emirate and to identify the optimum number of training sessions required. •Prepare special statistical reports regarding number of trainers, trainee, institutes, branches and registered vehicles. •Develop and lead new driver training initiatives that are specific and tailored to the needs of the Dubai driver training industry. •Prepare special assessments to examine and evaluate the trainers. •Perform other related duties and responsibilities associated with the position Job Details Date Posted: 2013-04-18 Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Role: Education/Training Company Industry: Transportation Preferred Candidate Career Level: Mid Career Degree: Master's degree Apply Now - Jobs in UAE - Search All Jobs
