The candidate has to fullfill the position as architectural advisor for existing clients, consultants architects and future potential clients. The advisor arranges appointments with target audience by phone, email or direct visits for project related matters, e.g.
visit to sites, fabricator visits, etc.
The candidate target new specifiers via architect listing, press information and source new projects from within existing architectural practices, leads, trade literature, press information
and fabricator contacts.
The advisor assists with the preparation of specifications, drawings and budgets and provides advice and recommendations
by phone or direct discussions.
The candidate arranges seminars to specifiers, main contractors and clients. The candidate will maintain a project database which is accurate and up to date. Regular contact with architects, quantity surveyors etc are necessary, the area to cover is the MENA region; many buisness trips.
