• Generate new IT clients for Contract Staffing and be responsible for managing all converted client accounts.
• Increase market penetration, presence and retention through referrals, networking, etc.
• Provide innovative business solutions to clients through practiced, skilled negotiation and the ability to understand the critical staffing issues within a broad range of businesses.
• Assist in the development of client accounts from local level to Regional/National level.
