Maximize all lease and car rental opportunities to bring profitable business for the Company. Win new customers from building own prospect database and from understanding the Abu Dhabi market.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develops new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for rent a car company to an agreed annual target;
• Presents the Rent -a-Car company to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails;
• Responsible for own lead generation and appointment setting;
• Manage actively and successfully the sales process and branch operations: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close;
• Accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following the Company's procedures and processes;
• Responds to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner;
• Manages Client's receivables and ensure payments are made on time and follow up with late payments liaising with accounts;
• Participate in tradeshows, chamber of commerce functions and other local events to strength the relationships of our brands in the marketplace;
• Take reserves
• Explain the conditions of rental or lease
• Complete customer paperwork
• Take the vehicle to the customer identify the existing irregularities and scratches and show all the special features
• Checking mileage and damage inspection when vehicles are returned
• Take payments and handle the financial transactions
• Provide support services and sales, if you deal with regular accounts of leasing companies
