To plan and prepare all needed resources and to follow up with the related department for supplying the required resources on time. Any difficulty to be reported to Projects Manager / Operations Manager.
To develop a work program to complete and close out the project within the allocated time. Logical approach to be followed in utilizing the resources while developing the work program.
To ensure that the project's specification IFC drawings and authority regulations are being followed on site and as indicated in the technical submittals.
To plan, manage and execute with the dedicated team to submit and getting approval on time for the deliverable, technical material submittals, work shop drawings, site activities method statements, as built drawings and operation and maintenance manual.
To apply the relevant company's procedures and policies.
To attend the required meeting and to report to client / consultant and main contractor about work progress and any necessary modifications required on site.
To submit work progress reports to operations manager on monthly basis.
To submit the monthly progress payment to main contractor and to follow up for certification.
To supervise the project team members such as project engineers, engineers, QA/QC, storekeepers, etc. and give each the required tasks headlines.
The Project Manager with his team to liaise and coordinate with suppliers for materials approval from Client/Consultant/Related Local Authority and to liaise with suppliers for timing deliveries.
To coordinate the work of the appointed subcontractors during the project period.
To liaise with main contractor representation/consultant representation for proper reporting and smooth moving of the activities on site.
To prepare with his team on site the required technical material submittal requisitions which they are to transmitted to the Procurement Department for their Bid Summary and Material Submittal Preparation.
To track all Bid Summaries, material submittals, purchase orders, PDCs, LCs and materials deliveries to site. Any difficulty to be reported to operations manager on time.
To supervise the construction team during different construction stages and to correct deficiencies if found.
To monitor and control work progress to complete within time, allocated resources and budget cost all the time to ensure the quality of work and safety.
