The Role:
To assist the Store Manager to achieve all company set objectives, maximizing store contribution with particular focus on proactively driving sales. Motivate and development team members, including non Alshaya staff and ensure that the Store team comply with all company regulations and procedures. Ensure that the team consistently exceed customer service objectives. Deputize in the absence of the Store Manager.
