operations coordinator - Dar Al Riyadh Consultants May 11th 2013, 05:16  Ensure that the Transportation guidelines and procedures are implemented  Ensure that the assigned personnel are fully familiar with the Transportation operational procedures  Address complaints and service non conformances timely and effectively  Coordinate EMSA fleet vehicles refueling process  Review transportation schedules and quality control on clients' requests and calls  Oversee all communications between the transportation management, clients, dispatchers and drivers for the purpose of ensuring effective communication of clients' expectations  Monitor drivers and service vehicles locations to ensure integrity of schedules and effective utilization  Schedule the working shifts of the transportation team and prepare vacation's plan  Review and verify log books, vehicle inspection checklist and other required documentation  Follow up with the transportation team the execution of the Loss Prevention Observation - LPO schedule  Conduct daily LPO to the drivers  Coach the transportation team on conducting Loss Prevention Observation - LPO  Conduct Toolbox meetings and Safety minutes  Reinforce, with the drivers, compliance to good and tidy appearance all the time as well as vehicle cleanliness  Implement the vehicles' preventive maintenance schedule and ensure that all vehicles are sent to the service centers on time  Ensure that Company armored vehicles are in roadworthy condition and report any required maintenance services to the Transportation Coordinator  Inspect randomly company owned and leased vehicles and report any unusual damages or missing equipment to the Transportation Coordinator  Be able to provide any additional support whenever is required  Must attend any accident at the scene  Utilize the Vehicle Tracking System to monitor locations and movements of company owned and leased vehicles in the Kingdom and report any speed violations, unusual location or destination to the Transportation Coordinator Job Details Date Posted: 2013-05-11 Job Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia Job Role: Safety Company Industry: Oil/Gas Preferred Candidate Career Level: Mid Career Gender: Male Nationality: Saudi Arabia Degree: Bachelor's degree / higher diploma Apply Now - Jobs in Saudi Arabia - Search All Jobs
