Planning Manager May 11th 2013, 05:27 Foreign construction company requires Planning Manager for its mix-land use project, as follows: Job Description 1. Report to the Engineering Manager and manage Planning Engineers and Project Planners/ Schedulers. 2. Review the Baseline Programme and establish time and cost control requirements 3. Review programme updates against the Baseline Programme 4. Provide planning / programme advice to Management 5. Develop, monitor and update the delivery programme periodically as required 6. Advise the Chief Construction Manager on the time impacts of instigating change requests 7. Provide inputs to the Progress Reports 8. Maintain a critical path master schedule 9. Review and analyze proposed construction schedules 10. Ensure schedules are coordinated and consistent with the overall project schedule 11. Produce forecasts schedules on regular basis 12. Provide information on schedule performance and alert the project team on issues that may cause delay and propose recovery scenarios 13. Produce S-curves and statistical analysis diagrams 14.
