- To attend to all walk-in customers to attend/brief on Company's projects offering.
- Closing deals successfully, and to compile and update sales report on a daily basis.
- To provide value added services and follow up closely with new and existing customers.
- To bring customer to project site (if necessary)
- Actively source and meet potential customers for sales closure.
- Follow up include liaising with purchasers, lawyers and bankers and checking of all related documents in order to ensure the flow of various inter-related process are smooth.
- To assist in marketing activities and to perform related work as assigned
