1. Prepare, Receive, handle and print all correspondences,internal and external memos.
2. Receive all correspondences from customers or suppliers and arrange a filling system.
3. Save files, public and confidential records of the sector in a professional filling system to facilitate references process when needed.
4. Arrange appointments; receive all incoming phone calls and respond to customers.
5. Coordination among company's departments as a central unit through Daily Mails.
6. Organize, arrange and prepare periodic meetings.
7. Adherence to the granted authorities
8. Access and Compliance to the internal regulations of the company.
9. Comply with any other mandated tasks in her profession.
