The Role:
As an Administrator to the Telemarketing Team you will support all telephone sales and customer service activity by processing information, sales and customer data and creating reports as required to maximise sales opportunity.
Responsibilities also include:
* Supporting sales through follow ups on small and medium enterprises and owning all prospects below 100 KD value
* Supporting the Business Alliance Manager in mapping large accounts
* Managing data and databases, mining and updating data to maximise appointments and call ratios
* Ensuring call benchmarks are met on new acquisition/follow-ups/appointments.
