Department:
Reporting to the Change Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring effective operations of IT systems that are in use at QDF. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the requirements for IT system enhancements, testing, training and deployment of these enhancements across the business units Incumbent is also responsible to proactively assess areas of process & system improvements by working closely with IT and various QDF departments.
Person:
You will have a minimum Bachelors Degree; a minimum 7 years of job related experience. You must come from a systems integration background across a diverse range of skills/disciplines. You must also have effectively managed a team of within a commercial business environment. A background in Retail IT is preferred, but not essential. We are looking for a passionate, high energy individual who has excellent business acumen, along with outstanding IT implementation/change experience. A very well organized communicator with a hands on pragmatic approach.
