Role Summary/Purpose
The Director will be responsible for leading all aspects of the development and operations of a Healthcare Learning and Simulation Centre (HLSC), established in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Director will establish and drive the Institute's quality, impact, and profitability, focused on developing Healthcare excellence among Saudi and other regional healthcare managers, executives and other healthcare professionals with focus on simulation
Essential Responsibilities
The Director will establish and lead a new organization with the target of playing a crucial role as an agent of cultural change in Saudi Arabia and other regional healthcare systems. - Staff, manage, and lead core Institute teams for curriculum delivery, operations, finance, marketing, etc. - Partner with client stakeholders and global virtual design/development teams to design, develop, and implement comprehensive healthcare leadership, clinical, technical, courses and curriculum programs - Direct the operational and financial efficiency, quality, impact, and continuous improvement of all Institute programs - Partner within GE to leverage best practices, attract qualified staff and visiting lecturers, and develop the Healthcare Institute offering - Represent the Saudi HLSC to diverse executive and governmental audiences to develop and maintain funding streams - Maintain and develop stability of Institute partnerships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication, marketing, and business development - Ensure that the Institute meets legal, political, and cultural requirements of the Saudi healthcare system and other regional systems as required - Insure attainment of Institute targets for program quality, coverage, and impact over time - Develop Institute certification programs and accreditation in alignment with national and international agency requirements - Set and maintain international standard for healthcare administration training by developing and maintainingglobal and regional benchmarks for excellence in healthcare management development. - Provide and develop thought leadership for best practices in leading and managing growth and change in healthcare systems - Meet requirements related to achieving revenue targets and meeting cost control. - Drive efficiency and consistency through strategy and process improvements within the organization.
