We source experienced candidates to lead best practice across all head office functions including property, HR, corporate communication, corporate marketing, IT, finance and legal departments and are constantly investing in talent and infrastructure to drive our business forward. The Role: As a Financial Analyst you will advise and assist with the planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, modeling and reporting on the Key Performance Indicators of the total retail property business. You will also assist in the development and tracking of the 3-year strategic business plan, cash flow and project spend visibility as well as monitoring ongoing performance against the plan, highlighting issues and recommending corrective actions to optimize ongoing business performance.  We have one vacancy within the Property Finance function and one within the Property Procurement function. Responsibilities include: * Monitoring ongoing performance and business profitability against plan to enable/give direction to corrective action/optimize ongoing business performance. * Modeling and providing previous, current and forecasted financial information to enable management to review performance and build business plans that optimize trading patterns. * Ensuring timely and accurate production of standard and customized financial reports for the business. * Undertaking focused analysis on Capex/ investment performance, brand, store and country profitability and ongoing costs reviews. * Supporting in the bulk procurement, co-ordinating with relevant parties for material lifting, monitoring bulk procurement stocks for timely re-order in Logistics. * Taking care of vendor registrations, delayed payments and account reconciliation for suppliers.
