Investment Director - Arabian Bemco Contracting Co. Jun 1st 2013, 08:20 • Structured, creative, finance for raising equity and debt for projects with short, medium and long term repayments, whether under deferred payments or BOT, BOOT, etc. • Developing infrastructure investment funds and coordinating the legal and contractual aspects with Legal Counsels for preparation of the pertaining agreements. • Conduct feasibility studies including cash flow, rates of returns, risk analysis (concessionaire, country risk, etc.), exit strategies and required security guarantees. • Marketing and Preparation of power point Presentations or Projects Prospectus and invitation to investors for their participation. Updating investors with the project status and periodical results. • Evaluation, merger and acquisition of companies. • Coordinating with the Vice President-Finance on contacts with local, regional and international banks, financial institutions (such as World Bank, lMF, Export Credit Agencies, Islamic Banks, etc.) for arranging the debt financing. • Build up relations with partners' and major suppliers' financing groups to structure joint financing and utilization of Export Credit Agencies. • Support our bid preparation on financial matters by reviewing and commenting on payment terms, payment guarantees and bonding requirements. • Review the project cash flows on the projects under preparation for the financing of the projects. • Develop financial spreadsheet models for various types of project financing. • Investigate financing arrangements by owners of projects under tender. • Study tax and commercial Laws for projects outside of Saudi Arabia.
